The goal isnt to be "counter balance" actually. Because the party who black people give their undying loyalty isnt balanced at all.
We dont care what white republicans are doing. Its been long established they are the racist party for as long as ive been alive. We only care to strategically move the black pieces on the chess board. By moving the black pieces we will be able to manipulate the white pieces.
Imagine if all black people decided to say we are voting for Cornell West for example. And if white liberals dont want Trump to win,they should vote with us. This isnt the plan as of yet,just something to consider
