You know whats funny. A lott of people bang with this album man lowkey and i didnt expect that. Its so many songs even if u aernt into rock youll find something to jam to. I been a cudi fan since the fools gold days and i dig the album. Im just not up on grunge and punk. But respect dude just went completely left and went rock. I dont know anybody else in rap who has done it. Salute the boldness and audacity cuz people shyt on you when it aint up to THEYRE standards.

I quit after the first five songs. This is so bad, even for Cudi's standards. This sounds like he tried to recreate ever punk band from the 60s and 70s and mumble through lyrics about being happy without drugs. This isn't even a good alternative album, every song sounds the same. Same boring riffs and boring drums.

Not even Beavis and Butthead could save this garbage album.

It's only so long wack artists can pretend. :lolbron: you guys expected better from him? He might as well join the edm wave. He can let those computer noises cover up his half assedness. He's one of the few artists that I'm surprised has EVER had a record deal. His demo tape and even his mixtape were nothing outstanding. What did the labels see in him?

where he go? shyt got me through some tough moments :mjcry:

I could throw that joint on and just reflect. He must not realize why a lot of us held him in such high regard.

You'd think that all he made was song about money and hoes, but he really made music about struggles regular ppl go thru everyday:mindblown:

he pretty much made 808s and Heartbreak which is where hip hop/r&b has been the past 5-6-7 years...

I never thought Cudi was as amazing as everyone thought, but he did make good, fun music that I could vibe with and enjoy alot. If he wouldn't had took horrible music detours with WZRD & Indicud, maybe he wouldn't be in the position he is now. His inflated ego pretty much killed his own career of thinking he was this incredible genius that could do anything and make it sound good.

I'll give Cudi credit for bringing a new sound/style to the game which went on to influence the likes of Kanye, Drake, etc etc but thats where it ends. Cudi needs to just give fans what they want and drop MOT3 then call it a career.
