But just imagine how it's going to be for all the People who grew up on that song/Beyonce when they turn 40. Lol, y'all really don't understand Music and how it works. And (in no disrespect) some of y'all can't be older than 20.
NOBODY wants to be Single and old at a certain point in their life. That song is going to be depressing for alot of Women. It isn't going to age as well as you think. Love and Hate are two of the most Powerful emotions, they can never get old. But immaturity and recklessness isn't, you grow outta those. If that makes any sense to you. Nobody wants to be singing "Hey look at me I'm proud to be by myself" at a certain age. Your narrative changes as you get older son. Everybody grows forward and backwards
There's a reason why "Loving You" by Minnie Ripperton still bangs today like it came out yesterday.
And there's a reason why Love will always prevail over the bullshyt in the end.
But I'll let y'all tell it. I'm done with this thread. Ima start lookin like I'm hatin in a second and I definitely don't Hate her. I just think she's extremely average for a Singer and her music has a lifespan equivalent to a Steak In A Freezer
Calm down, I was just throwing an example out there because when Beyonce is brought up, that's the song I think about that's attributed to her. We'll have to see 20 years from now to see how timeless it is .
The
real premise of my post was that kid rock came off as suspect in the interview where he was bytching about Obama "taking away guns", which is common cac rhetoric and then compares her music to "Sweet Home Alabama", when it could've been better suited to be compared to the music of those in her genre, such as Janet, Whitney, or Aaliyah.
Three, where am I calling you a hater and acting "under 20" and not understanding music. You must have my confused with some other posters. Perhaps you should re-read my post and take in the full message because it's more about kid rock coming off as

. than how timeless "single ladies" is, you have a point on that part but how her music will age is a different discussion, nikkas in here (including me) are

at how the interview led to the "i like skinny white girls" line
