Only person i saw using Vega was Tic Tac. Nobody was using Dee Jay, Adon, El Fuerte, Gouken, Hakan, Rose, Dan, Seth, Viper, Rufus etc....

From my experience only the dudes i would play against from this site would use non popular characters.

I used Balrog, Bison, and Guy and Balrog was the only person i would see with any regularity. I think Bison was popular but for some reason i rarely fought him. I used to win a lot with Guy simply because nobody knew how to fight against him because nobody would use him. Fact of the matter is that at our compettive level you only see like 12 of the 39 characters in the game.

It's expected when the only people who are hyping this are Xbots who are casual fighting game fans to begin with.

When the fighting game enthusiats and veterans start showing excitement for this then it'll be worth the hype. It's too early to tell how the game will be received by real fighting game heads or if it'll be in EVO next year. Still can't believe somebody said that.
