I think there is enough negative effect to this point where those who are in the middle class and below of all races can come together and try to work and repeal this legislation that hurts everyone, especially black americans.

The hard part is going to be having to put a white face on the issue. Studies show that if white americans see black people associated with a policy and suffering, even if more whites suffer than blacks, they will support the policy outright without thought, conservative and liberal whites. So its more about presentation to the majority to get them off our backs and off their own poor.

There is nothing that says blacks of different economic positions and different political backgrounds to get with fellow like minded blacks and implement their respective visions of improvement, it is happening now.

It just shouldn't be called black community because they are actually different groups sometimes at odds with each other, right?
