oh ok, so to conclude, your view is...Those black folks who are affected by government policies are to depend on convincing other black folks, directly affected by the policies or not, and non-black folks, directly affected or not, to unite to help spark a change in policies created originally by white folks to undermine black efforts
So as a result, could we say that those policies that are not able to be white washed in order to secure white and non-black support, are doomed to never being changed because there's no such thing as a black community?
