It's better than what we have now.
"Incentivizing marriage" is going to create a lot of hostile relationships. People getting married solely for finance is not a good idea.

Sure but we can do better. While There is some merit to his thinking, it still lets the deadbeat off the hook.
There has to be a way to find a valuable partnership beyond the idea of money, i think.

They could, anyone could. But with these short programs to get people working quick. That fast money, that money in hand keeps the spark going vs still having 2 more years, 4 more years, 6 more years of school.
