Once again, Hip Hop itself isn't the main problem. But it's one of the problems, and one that can be directly addressed if multi millionaires stop selling drug lord/murderer/criminal stories to children hit by poverty.

He said nothing new or groundbreaking that we havent already said. Hiphop is NOT the main cause of anything. Our problems existed centuries before rap. For some reason yall are under this stupid assumption that we're saying rap is the sole reason black people rob, kill and do drugs

exactly. This vid actually furthers our point little does OP know. Killer Mike says 2-3 times how hiphop began as "an alternate to violence". Todays rap( its not "hiphop" anymore) does nothing but promote violence, amongst many other destructive lifestyle habits. He also made sure to keep differentiating "rap" & "hip hop". So yea, KM is right. "Hiphop" is the uplifting and motivating alternative to violence, while todays violent and hate-filled "rap" encourages, promotes and glorifies it. Thanks for the vid OP

You lil nikkas gotta stop associating everything "black" with Hip Hop. That's why there's shows like Love And Hip Hop, and sites like WSHH. shyt that has minimal actual hip hop content and maximum ignorance and negativity. And it takes away from what hip hop actually is and should be. The music of the oppressed, not "black".
Love and Hip Hop could just as easily be called Love & Ignorance and WSHH could be called WorldStarIgnorance and both name changes would be truer to the actual content of the show and site. They throw Hip Hop on that shyt to take away from the actual meaning of hip hop and to belittle black people.
