Zoo Tyc00n bout to be that piff :win:

I don't think the amount of playtime has anything to do with it.

Here's the thing. These reviews read just like the reviews of other games in the series. Most of the reviews even elude to that fact. I understand that you're a fan of the series, but these people aren't just making this stuff up.
How about you just quote these "things" these nikkas is talking about. You keep saying something but never show it.

Polygon with their M$ bs again? :wtf:

IGN - 8/10
"There’s never been a better time for everyone to be paying attention to the Killzone franchise, because Shadow Fall is a step in an all-new, very welcome direction."

Destructoid - 9/10
"Killzone: Shadow Fall is the game that will make you happy to own a PS4. This needs to be on your PS4 launch game list."

Eurogamer - 7/10
"There's a lack of confidence here that contrasts starkly with Guerrilla's dazzling, sure-footed command of the new hardware. It's a game that any new PlayStation 4 owner will be proud to show off - but it won't be one they remember by the time PS5 rolls around."

Polygon - 5/10:wtf:
"For all the next-gen bluster of its visuals and the repeated blunt-force attempts to ram a message home, Guerilla’s first shot on the PS4 retreads shooter cliches, and poorly. In a launch lineup crowded with shooters, Killzone: Shadow Fall sits at the bottom."

OPM - 8/10
"It all adds up to form an impressive launch shooter. A mix of familiar gunplay and just enough new ideas, gorgeous looks and sheer technical wow to make you feel like you’re stepping into a shiny new future."

Gamespot - 7/10
"As much as I enjoyed my online time with Killzone: Shadow Fall--and as much as I will enjoy lots more time with it, unlocking perks that allow me to personalize my weapons--I missed Killzone 3's jump pack, which brought a nifty nimbleness to the battlegrounds. I missed it in Shadow Fall's disappointing single-player campaign, too, which sorely needed a shot of adrenaline."

Kotaku - "No"
"Killzone Shadow Fall succeeds as an example of how amazing a PS4 game can look but feels mysteriously devoid of the secret ingredient that takes games from great-looking to great-feeling."
It seems to be a mixed bag when it comes to review for Killzone: Shadow Fall. As one of the PS4's big-named shooter, I expected much higher scores. Will these scores affect your decision to purchase Killzone: Shadow Fall at launch?

While i never cared for this game (the whole series is crap), at least review with an unbiased opinion. If i see any of you nikkas on here posting shyt from Polygon .. it'll be negs on site. :camby:

I thought the gaf was already convinced Polygraph was tainted

the site was brought down by confirmation bias? :heh:
Probably something else because the site was already up while the reviews were out. It's a fukking pandemonium over there for review time. Polygon should be sued or something.

This gen of gamers who think anything below a 9 is terrible is disgusting.
full

I don't think anyone said that was terrible.

It's just not worth $65 for an average product.

In the world of being an adult, having bills and other responsibilities dropping $65 on an average shooter isn't something I want to do.

As far as Polygon's review of the multiplayer for the game...

Multiplayer at least manages a level of competency that escapes Shadow Fall’s story component. Thanks to a pretty steady 60 frames per second and the revelatory new Dualshock 4, it controls better than any previous Killzone game has — while still retaining Killzone’s inherent style and identity.

But Shadow Fall’s multiplayer stages feels cluttered and not as navigable as I would have liked. It seemed like I was always bumping into some invisible piece of geometry and getting killed for the trouble, or jumping against a railing that my soldier refused to vault. And, similarly to the campaign, there’s not really anything new, interesting or ambitious about Shadow Fall’s multiplayer — the constantly evolving objective-based play of Warzone matches has been around since Killzone 2.

Killzone: Shadow Fall was reviewed on a PS4 test kit provided by Sony Computer Entertainment. Multiplayer was tested at a review event held at the Standard hotel in New York City.

:camby:

Every other publication has said the level design is excellent but to Polygon the states feel cluttered :heh:

Oh they got to review the multiplayer at a review event in a Hotel... yeah they really put in time to review a game's multiplayer.

All you have to do is go to these reviews, do control+F and type in 'multiplayer' to see how many times it's mentioned in the entire article to see how much these reviews aren't talking about it. My guess is, because they really didn't play it that much outside a few matches. THey probably were viewing it being played and not playing it for all that we know.

Again...
