of course it does. but I don't think it's helpful to ignore the fact that "fans" aren't always the most objective source. or act like the fans of your prefered game are the only "real gamers"...
To be honest it depends. A lot of dudes with actual taste in shooters just buy them because they have a large online population and they can stunt on noobs. They know the series has been pretty much dookie since Modern Warfare 2. This latest one is just fukking awful though, I have no idea why guys like @MeachTheMonster are caping for it when overall the game looks legitimately broken in MP.

I loved KZ2 MP, even got a ribbon for being in the top 6% worldwide, Im sure Ill enjoy this enough

And the comparison of COD 'fans' to Killzone fans is laughable. Killzone fans are minimal because it never took off like it was projected to, they're some of the most critical of any franchise out there. Dudes literally threw Killzone 3 to bushes and just kept playing Killzone 2 or just started playing Battlefield 3.
Good luck finding a Killzone fan who blindly cosigns Guerrilla Games if they drop a subpar multiplayer game.

Buy BF4 in a couple months. The game is kinda buggy right now, and since COD is terrible this time around it'll have a big online population.I've never caped for any FPS. Honestly I'm not a big fan of the genre.
Halo pulled me in, COD made it stale for me, and now I'm only thinking about buying BF4 cause y'all keep saying how good it is.

This game is going to do fine IMO. My brother said this and BF4 were sold out at the Target he works at, it already has a shyt load of pre-orders also.
KZ3 multi was garbage compared to 2
i've said multiple times there was no point in getting a ps4 at launch and your better off waiting until next year...

That's not a definitive indicator though. Specially right now, the shipments might not be that high for some titles at a place like Target. Hell, Knack was sold out at every Target around my way (there's like 6-8 within 20 mile radius) and I seen plenty of BF4 and KZ on most of the Target shelves.
Every futureshop and best buy has atleast 25 consoles that aren't reservedthat shyt was trash on KZ3. Sounds like this game will be up there with KZ2 or possibly better!
