The most important portion of the game has not been thoroughly reviewed by any of these publications. The campaign what they are going off of the most in these reviews. Until the game is out in the wild and people are playing the multiplayer let's stop taking these reviews so serious.

If this was a single player game you would have a point, but it's not.

The thing is certain games have a stigma. Kz will always be thst niche shooter that takes actual patience and skill unlike COD. Thats what critics don't like and why they give it mid scores. But COD gets by on their reputation from the first MW despite the games being lackluster.

It's just not worth $65 for an average product.

In the world of being an adult, having bills and other responsibilities dropping $65 on an average shooter isn't something I want to do.

It's a launch title. That being said I still own it. No plans to return it. Knack on the other hand got shytted on. Will wait for inevitable ps+ on that one.

That's what kills me about the Polygon review:

Also, a lot of critics give Guerilla a lot of shyt for not doing any form of hero worship. Since the early days of the franchise Guerilla has been very clear on the matter that they try to depict war as a situation where there's nothing to be won, only lost, and that's why the story tends to be very down beat with gritty characters, yet every single game the critics just keep on crying about how the protagonists aren't likable or the story doesn't pick a side in the conflict because they just refuse to accept not every game is going to be on some COD "Hell yeah, we just blew up a battalion of unquestionably evil foes and saved 'Merica!" shyt.
