@ the Mrs. Butterworth slander and I usually use butter but sometimes margarine...it doesn't really matter but butter is better & adds more flavor than margarine...

Nature’s own organic butter and Kerrigold Irish butter have the best taste. But for baking cakes/cupcakes/brownies -land o lakes unsalted butter is the brand that I use.
