as much as I agree with you about the negative influence hip hop has on the youth, I simply don't see the evidence that it was purposefully created this way. It was bound to happen anyway for a mix of reasons including runaway capitalism, racism, poverty, etc.

Do you have evidence that shows this directly? and no, not that secret meeting stuff. I don't do conspiracy theories.
