Why does everyone consider Cousins such an elite talent? He doesnt play like it for one. Management p*ssyfooting around this guy is fascinating...if the league values him that much(newsflash: it doesnt) trade him for assets. You've sucked with Cousins...there's enough of a sample size with him to know you'll never win with him as the guy taking all the shots.

He just isn't worth the amount of trouble that is apparently needed to have him as a centerpiece to a winning situation. If the rest of the team was better, Cuzz might learn not to be doing so much extra on offense. This year is their most talented roster, everybody just needs to step it up as well, that would give Kings better cushion when they're up and draw attention away from inevitable Cuzz turnovers. As for defense, yeah he not a shot blocker, but he does clog up the lane and take a lot of charges.

Report: George Karl wanted to suspend DeMarcus Cousins but Vlade Divac wouldn’t

The relationship between George Karl, DeMarcus Cousins and the rest of the Sacramento Kings does not look like it will end well.
Cousins reportedly cursed out Karl after the team lost to the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night. Karl didn’t know how to respond, but The Sacramento Bee says he wanted to suspend the center two games as a result. However, The Bee’s Jason Jones says team GM Vlade Divac would not grant Karl’s wish.
