Even though its pop, I know a couple of these tracks will be good live. Nas is in DC on November 4th too... who knows, maybe Nas might make an appearence on K'Naan's set?
I really owe a debt of gratitude to this one record called Illmatic by Nas. Because it really was the way in which I picked up the English language. Teaching myself words and phrases and ideas (that) I was taking from what he was saying.
