Defense-minded, not getting along with stars, bad rotations

Firing Thibs was a mistake but it's gonna take Knicks fans years to admit.

They set themselves back

But that's the modern NBA

Well the hope is that Brown learned a lot during his time with the Warriors.

And he did surprise a lot of people with a really good season at Sacramento in 2022-23.

It’s not the sexy hire but I hesitate to share the negativity of others about this move.

Yea I wouldn’t take any organization serious doing that. Brown had Sac on the right track. Excited to see what he can do in NY with an owner who wants to win

I don't care how down the West was, Mike Brown had the Kings as the 3 seed after missing the playoffs for 16 straight seasons. Only Kings coach since Rick Adelman to have a season above .500. They also started that season 0-4.

Great hire. Gives a lot of what Thibs gives with more offensive creativity (go check Mike Brown’s Sacramento years). I think he will do well there.
