Kobe and Harden comparison at age 26

Michael Redd at 26 was averaging 25.4, 4.3, 2.9 on 45% and 40% from 3 without being a turnover machine. In the playoffs that season he went for 27.2, 5.4, and 1.8 on 52% shooting, 47% from 3. Playoff per of 28.4, which is significantly better than any series Heliflopter has had in his career. He has 3 years of volume scoring and flopping and not winning shyt left and then he'll fade the fukk away.

Because you just conflated 3 different points as somehow all related.

I. Harden is a turnover machine.
II. I said "without being a turnover machine" in reference to Michael Redd's regular season numbers at 26.
III. Redd's best playoff run he was shooting over 52% and 47% from 3 as a two guard, which is exceptional. He shouldn't have been passing. He also was never the playmaker than Kobe or Harden is. The main point is there are a lot of players who have put up big numbers at the two for small periods, but what separates them is efficiency, longevity, and context. Stats don't tell the entire story.
