Bullshyt.
MJ is a more skilled and smarter player than Kobe, better at using his offensive arsenal to impose his will on the game. MJ was completely unguardable and could create separation that Kobe never could. Let's not even get into the acrobatic finishes, touch around the rim, shot selection, footwork, and efficiency.
Only thing Kobe got over MJ is three point shooting and free throws but so does Curry and he ain't more skilled than MJ either.
No. Even the Phil Jackson has said Kobe is more skillful Jordan.
Jordan's only advantage over Kobe was that he was STRONGER and had BIGGER HANDS. That allowed him to finish better at the rim as well as get better position on his post-ups. But in terms of footwork, ball-handling, shooting, passing, and just all-around basketball wizardry, Kobe has Jordan beat. As well as every other player in basketball history.
All you have to do is watch Kobe Bryant's highlights. He routinely did moves that nobody else in NBA history has ever done. For example, this move here against the Utah Jazz in 2003. To date its still the most amazing move I've ever seen from a basketball player in a game:
The footwork, the balance, the body control, the fluidity, the creativity......simply BREATHTAKING. Just think about how he keeps his pivot foot planted while contorting his body to square up to the basket all in one move.
Easily the greatest move in NBA history. And something that has yet to be duplicated.
