No one's gonna read what Kobe is actually jealous about, which is what I've said numerous times on here. Duncan's had the most stable franchise in the league and one coach for his entire career. You could argue no player in league history has had a better situation than Duncan.

Duncan IS the reason for that stability

Kobe forced his way into the one of the most iconic sport franchises. Got Shaq right before he his hit his prime and had him for a couple of years in his prime. Then when he wanted a trade they went out and got Gasol. Soohh Kobe has zero room to complain.

ok COOL but TIm Duncans has NEVER played with a team as poor as the 05-06 Lakers. He has never had to endure a starting line up with Smush "Wire extra" Parker and Kwame "fat fakkit azz " Brown

Duncan is the reason for that stability. He's made sacrifices for the franchise to be stabilized. Kobe could've had the same thing but why be jealous. He won his way and Duncan won his way. All this losing is making Kobe weak. At the end if the of the day they both have the same amount of rings but Kobe has made done it his way and made more doing it.

If I had to choose which career is easily choose Kobe's over Duncan. Better bytch, better location, less sacrifice, and more money. Kobe is also more popular making him a bigger icon.

I'm not saying Tim Duncan hasn't been around a great environment, because he has. Guys like him, Kobe and Magic were great players who were surrounded by elite coaching, players and management.

Kobe's averaged one coach every season outside of the Phil years. With Phil, he made the Finals seven times in 11 years. How would Duncan have fared with Del Harris, Rudy T quitting halfway through a season, Mike Brown and Pringles instead of two decades of Pop?

which top player has signed to the spurs? serious question, last time I checked. Spurs haven't signed a big named free agent in a decade...literally
Which top player has had a spat with Duncan and left?

He would have taken those guys to the finals, just like he did with Fabricio Oberto and an old Michael Finley.

With his style of play AND his individual skill set, he would had a very high success rate regardless of who the hell was coaching him. There's a reason he's won the title 5 times, with 5 different rosters, and 5 different type of offenses during each title run....

That's cause the Spurs drafted well

Got a hall of famer in the 2nd round and got another one at the end of the 1st

The Lakers continuously whiffed on picks or gave em away.

Same coach, breh. SA has found gems in the draft for over a decade. What high impact player has LA drafted besides Bynum during Kobe's career?

Duncan's an all-time great, but that's the best organization in the league too.
