He got stripped clean while shooting but it was called a foul because of the way he yelled and reacted. It was an act to deceive the officials and get a foul call that isn't deserved, just like every other clip that has been shown on here. I guess that's ok because he didn't actually fall down though right?

I don't know why you can't comprehend that. All you Kobe fanboys who deny that the examples of him posted in this thread are flops, need to watch the video as well....but there is an obvious difference between the kind of flops they want to eliminate/will be punishing, and just exaggerating contact to get a call. If it's borderline, I'm sure they'll err on the side of the players. But shyt like Bosh/Fernandez will get fined. It really doesn't seem that hard to understand

I agree that that is also "flopping"....but the flopping that the league will be fining are the guys who turn NO CONTACT into fouls. People who aren't touched and hit the floor grabbing their face like Fernandez, Bosh, etc. I don't think the league will be fining any flops that are even borderline. Just the most egregious offenses.
