So Kobe gets a pass for percentages because he was shooting over double teams now??

Again, pull back, this is not gonna end well

Dont tell me to pull back if you dont understand the game. I want you to pull percentage argument, go for it. Are we going to give more credit to players that surrounded themselves with 3 point shooters to make it easier on themselves and so they never got doubled? Are you faulting Kobe for not having the best 3 point shooters in the league around him like certain superstars benefit from these days? If shooting percentages are so crucial then why was Kobe winning in spite of them?

My goddamn self. Shout out to my real Africans
Pippen missed too many bunnies but he had back issues after the 98 Finals. Even that regular season, he only played a half of the season due to him coming off an injury. He really showed just his overall rustiness and how much his athleticism diminished. He didn't look comfortable and he had trouble finding his rhythm cause he turned into a spot up shooter in HHouston. It didn't help that he had issues with Barkley. Fall offs are inevitable and some can happen due to a myriad of factors.

Scottie is a legend his own right. One of the best defensive and most versatile and unique players ever. His season without Jordan he led his team in every category. Dude is up there with the legends. He's not just a Robin. I wish folks would really stop saying that. It low key diminishes his contributions to the overall success of Chicago and his impact on the game.

So now its all about having shooters on your team now. You Kobe stans are all over the place.

First it's the "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take" excuse, to the "well he is winning" excuse.

Pip won but you bring up percentages, so it's a bad thing and funny, yet praise 6-24 shooting in a game 7, and ignore he missed the most shots of any player in NBA history.

We are not debating this one bit, percentages is not a strong suit you stans have on your side.

cuz he was

What Robin do you know that averaged 29/7/6 and 27/6/5 in back to back playoffs en route to back to back NBA championship?

Kobe was Batman to Shaq's Superman. Both were just as responsible as the other for the Lakers 2 championship rings in 2001 and 2002. The only year where Kobe was arguably a Robin was in 2000 as a 22 year old. And even then he hit the biggest shots of that championship run when he led the Lakers to that clutch victory in Game 4 of the Finals. And he also was the best player for the Lakers during than critical game 7 against the Blazers in the Western Conference Finals.
