True, but Lebron and Wade have a personal friendship that goes way back. In addition to that, Wade took it upon himself to step aside and let Lebron run the show.

Lebron is effective when the ball is in his hands whether creating for himself or others. Kobe needs the ball in his hands, you already have Nash on the team running point. I doubt Kobe would make the sacrifice Wade made, and I believe there would be some chemistry issues.....look at the 2010-2011 season. It took a while for Lebron and Wade to mesh together.

Either way, I think Lebron stays in Miami or goes back to Cleveland. I think all these other teams are wasting their time in the Lebron sweepstakes.

LeBron/Wade does not equal Kobe/Shaq other than they black, champions, and play NBA basketball. Kobe and Shaq's games complimented each other perfectly, LeBron and Wade had to develop their individual games more so they could better work together and they still aren't perfect playing on the floor together at the same time.

I think both would agree they were equal partners and neither would say they carried the other. It's nothing like the Wade/Bron dynamic.

I do agree that most will say that it was Shaq's team, but what does that really mean? On the court, they were equally important.
