None of this matters. Lebron scores more points at a much more efficient rate. This is the gay shyt I’m talking about. You’re talking about hot streaks and I’m talking about what these guys have done over the totality of their respective careers.

That’s because Lebron is more skilled at getting into the lane and selecting shots on offense. :heh: at tryna penalize Lebron for getting better/smarter higher percentage shots than kobe.

I didn’t say that averaging more assists made Lebron a better ball handler. I clearly argued that the fact that Lebron handles the ball a lot more than kobe while having a lower turnover rate makes him a better ball handler. You sound like a little ass boy talking about go-to dribble moves and all that.

I guess it could be argued that defense is a skill but you didn’t say anything that supports claiming that kobe is more skilled. Defense is probably the most overrated aspect of kobe’s game. He was a very good defender in his early years with prime Shaq in the paint but after that he pretty much coasted defensively. During his run as the man on the lakers he wasn’t elite defensively and was often subpar as a team defender. If anything, Lebron has proven to be more versatile and clutch defensively than kobe was.

Yall are some straight clowns who leave out context.

What a waste of breath

The word “skilled” is a bit misused because when people call Kobe more skilled than LeBron they focus on Kobe’s ability to get to the rim or make a perimeter shot. That’s merely one aspect of the game.

How about LeBron’s GOAT level passing / playmaking ability which requires a high level of “skill”?

Kobe’s offensive game is prettier than LeBron’s but we should do a real compare and contrast on all aspects of the game

At the end of the day, you don’t perform at LeBron’s level at Year 15 without GOAT level skill

Lebron has some of the best vision, GOAT-tier finishing ability (Lebron's below the rim finishing and touch is so underrated, much less his above the rim finishing), goat-tier passing ability, and is a GOAT-tier slasher yet people think his game is barreling into people :mjlol:

Lebrons dribbling is a bit underrated too. I mean he’s not going to stand at the top of the key and do multiple crosses like kobe, but Lebron only needs 1 move to get his shot. Can’t knock him for that.

In essence Lebron just works smarter, and scores easier

Dudes always saying Kobe is the most skilled ever yet with all that skill he’s a career 44pct shooter. :mjlol:

This is the part where you tell me he primarily took difficult jumpers. So do Steph and KD and they’re light years ahead of that nikka in efficiency, so wassup?

Ray Allen was a 45% career shooter and was considered the GOAT shooter before Steph a 47% career shooter took his place.

Both are chuckers shooting under 50% using LeBron Stan logic.

NEXT with that tired argument :mjlol:

Posts like these are what happens when people who dismiss and refuse to understand stats suddenly start trying to argue using them. You end up sounding like a complete idiot.

Nah not nearly as dominant, only center fukking with a prime playoff Shaq is Kareem

2 rings (one on Shaq's watch in a sweep), all time leader in blocks, and finished his career top 10 in steals, points, and rebounds. Shaq was a much greater force on offense, but what else was he?

Kyrie Irving is more "skilled" than Kevin Durant.
This is debatable.

I'd say Kobe, Jordan, Durant and Hakeem are the most skilled players the game has seen. They each have tremendous footwork and score on you in numerous ways.

edit - and Steph, obviously.
