Harden deserves that spot, especially if LA doesnt make the playoffs. Can't give it Wade because he isnt even the leader of his own team and it really doesnt make a huge difference if he plays, as long as Lebron plays the Heat will be great. Harden is the main reason why the Rockets are in that position.

Might not be a huge difference in the records but i think expectations should be taken into account too. The Lakers were supposed to be one of the best teams in the NBA, while the Rockets were expected to be in the lottery. Kobes numbers are a little better overall so when he gets the nod i wont be suprised. But if the Lakers dont get in the playoffs and the Rockets do i think Harden should get it over him.
