Kobe and LeBron's value is not their stats or even titles. its the amount of people they put in seats. both the tv couch and the arena. and Kobe Bryant has been the most popular basketball player of the last 15 years. the amount of revenue he generated for the Lakers and the NBA over the last decade warrant alot more money than he was paid. ALOT MORE. Jerry Buss said something a couple of years ago about Kobe being worth like $90 million/yr to the Lakers in terms of how much revenue he ALONE generates.
