You right no excuses, that’s why he won a title with many players from that same team a few years later. Guess Bean Ball did work.![]()
You mean like how Bron won a title in 16 with damn near the same squad minus his only other legitimate help

Nah.The man in ya avi quit an entire season .......![]()

Good point, he wasn't good enough to figure it out in the first round.

Bruh, just make an argument and let's leave the emotions out of it. Where's the evidence that Kobe became a better leader and teammate? He wasn't a good leader and teammate during the Dwight Howard years. He wasn't a good leader or teammate during his last few injury riddled years with that young crew. He was never a particularly good teammate or leader..
Lol, we just see it two different ways bro we ain’t gonna agree. What we see as truth just ain’t the same. Not that we ever had regarding this subject. If you can honestly sit there and say that Kobe didn’t learn how to be a better teammate and leader after Shaq left then how impartial are you really? Are you saying his career is just dumb luck?
Your question is irrelevant because my point isn't about him shooting. My point isn't about his lack of effort. If you say that he was following the "be a playmaker for others" game plan then fine, but that doesn't explain why he wasn't being a playmaker for othersMy question is relevant because no one can answer it despite their declarations that Kobe gave no effort or didn’t try in that game. What I can agree on though, is that having this incident on his record (it looked bad whether he was right or wrong) and saying what he said didn’t make him the best messenger but I still agree with his points.
He wasn't doing ANYTHING, is my point. He had clearly quit.Love was a whopping 9-28 from 3 in the finals. Stop it man. I stand by what I said. That version of Odom would've been a better fit for this cavs team than Love. People think that th only way to play with Lebron is to be a spot up shooter but that's just ignorance of the game. An Odom type player wouldn't have to be a spot up shoote playing with Lebron. A guy who could actually create off of the dribble could easily play the draymond green role in "bron-ball" and take advantage of mini 3on2s and 2on1s that the attention Lebron draws. If the cavs had anybody that could create consistently off of the dribble besides Lebron they would've been a much better match for the warriors. Plus that version of Odom was his own match up problem.Lmfao at Odom being a better replacement that Love. Love was at least hitting his threes, Odom wasn’t gonna give you a bunch of offensive support like that. Perhaps in addition to what they had, Odom from those Lakers title squads could’ve made a big difference but not by himself.
He willed them to 3 wins? Smush Parker outscored him during one of those wins

Kobe only had 1 assist.... the whole game, so he quit flat out. Plus the Lakers were only down 10 at halftime, so it wasn't like they were getting blown out. like you said, he went into pout mode. Where's @Sccit? he was putting up a good rebuttal when I brought the Suns series. The front office abd Phil figured it out. The front office figured out how to get the talent around Kobe and Phil was able to figure out how to mold them into a championship team. Kobe didn't change anything. He was the same kind of player in 2009-20-10 as he was in the first few years post-shaq.
Which is exactly why he was criticized for gunning going "psycho-bean" in that game 6 loss despite the fact that he scored 50. He then came out and started the same shyt in game 7 and I suspect Phil said something to him at halftime which lead to him pouting and refusing to shoot/play hard in the second half. It wasn't just about him not shooting. He was clearly out there just coasting going through the motions. He wasn't playing hard. He was not setting teammates up, hustling for rebounds and lose balls or any of that. He quit in that second half and everybody saw it. You clowns do nothing but lie.

More superstars should do it instead of letting rich owners get away with being cheap fukksspite your team in a pivotal game 7 just to prove a point brehs
Kobe stans, ya'll.As close as those games were and as lackadaisical as the Warriors were playing you can’t tell me LeBron wasn’t good enough to at least steal a game or two. Kevin Love isn’t an excuse because he actually showed up for once. You acting like every game was a blowout by halftime.
No one is even saying win the series. But notice how Kobe was clearly overmatched and still figured enough out with his coach to take it to 7 while LeBron couldn’t even get one when he supposedly a superior player and better than Jordan according to some. How does that look breh? No hate at all, LeBron is talented enough and his team played hard enough to steal a game or two. Why is it a problem to admit that?
