Like I said, Kobe was just a very good athlete....NEVER did he have elite athleticism. He has the same "ups" as Paul Pierce had in his prime:childplease:

That is not an accurate list for most people. Especially Jordan. No way he had a 48 inch vert. And LeBron's vert is much higher than Mike's. However, remember that Kobe's 38 inch vert came when he was a rookie.

Anyone who watched Kobe knows that Kobe's peak in terms of vert was 03-05. Through his work ethic he added alot of muscle during those seasons and was jumping much higher than he did as a rookie. I think through hard work he probably improved his vert to 40-42 inches.

I met Robert Horry out one night and shot the shyt with him. And he was trying to explain Kobes work ethic and said to this day being around basketball 25 plus years Ive never seen anyone work as hard as that man. He busts his ass like hes homeless and hungry everyday :wow:

Robert Horry also said in an interview a couple of years back that they best player he ever played with was Kobe. Remember this dude played with prime Hakeem, Shaq, and Duncan. And outta all those dudes he said Kobe was the best. :whoo:
