I have a few nikkas that be around me now that are on papers and I’ve never heard of what u talking about

So you’re telling me that if me and you are walking down the street together and you’re on papers police can legally search me just based off the fact that you’re on papers?

I have never heard of that in my life that sounds bogus as hell

If they have a search clause,Yep, you could be holding my stash or pistol...

To think the police wouldnt search you when walking the streets with a known felon is kinda ludacris..dontcha think?

It all depends on what kind of synthetic weed you smoke

I smoked it for like 4 years. I quit and went back to real weed but I used to smoke All types of synthetic weed

No lie I would smoke 10 grams a day of the mellow k2

The strong k2 If I would get a couple grams it would last me a couple days. I would take 1 hit of it and would be so high I would have to put it out for 10 minutes

I would call ducktales but maybe some people are just incredibly tolerant to the chemicals..or maybe different chemicals are sprayed on it depending which type you bought.

But 10 grams a day ? some nikkas go into comas and seizures after a hit..

Police can and will do a lot of things

Its no less legal that the police checking the passenger of a vehicle who's driver got pulled over for an infraction.

Its about suspicion and probable cause..legal is subjective when it comes to the police..

All they care about is putting people in the system so the system will continue to work..

If I get pulled over for making an illegal u turn

Absent any other circumstances (like smelling marijuana or something) how does me making an illegal u turn constitute probable cause to search me or the passenger in my car?

Anyway back to this four way clause thing

From the little bit of research I did online on my phone

From what I’m reading the four way clause allows police to search without a warrant the probationer’s person, home, vehicle under his control or other property under his control

Which makes sense but I haven’t seen anything that says police can search without a warrant the person of someone who is with someone on probation with a four way clause

That would be insane

Yeah there's a wide variety of k2. A lot of them ain't made with the same chemicals

A 10gram pack would go for around $40 on the Internet

This green giant stuff was weak. Some mid real weed will get you higher than this. Me and one of my friends would smoke the whole 10 gram pack in about 8 hours

Now this sh!t right here used to be Fire! One hit would knock u on your ass. I seen people take a hit then drop on the floor, be layed out for 30 min. hey stopped making it as strong because they banned some of the chemicals they use to make it with a few years ago

I literally saw a video of someone that was on instagram live driving around, passed a police car and then showed his live audience that he had a gun on his lap

Then people actually feel sorry for these dudes when they get booked

Sucks for Kodak if it was someone else that went on live while they were at his crib

Cops can do shyt at their discretion, then worry about it later. Philando Castile was the passenger in a traffic stop and subsequently got shot.

Its even more insane when the judge tells you and your public defender reiterates it.

You and whoever you are with can be searched and detained for the simple fact YOU could be hiding drugs and or the pistol for your friend.

My dude, you hang out with felons on parole or probation, you will be associated with that behavior..guilty or not..

And its really no less insane that NYC's stop and frisk program..

It's a stipulation as part of his probation/house arrest. You don't agree to it then you sit your time in the clink. When they say "the pen is mightier than the sword", they really mean it. You sign away certain rights that would & could normally be illegal.

Just a never ending cycle of death and incarceration i been stop feeling bad for Kodak i feel for his son now because Ignorance is generational until we stop blaming every thing on white people and take responsibility for our actions like men will we as a people rise up out of this cycle people always say we've lost too many young brothers to the system when in reality we've lost too many young brothers to Ignorance but they don't wanna hear that tho...
