Why when you can just YouTube it or even use in game cards/help?

Breh sometimes I don't want to put up with the "AYE ITS YA BOWY dikkCHEESE88 AND I WILL BE SHOWING YOU HOW TO KILL THIS BOSS, but before I do that Please comment and hit that LIKE Button"

Like omfg I just want to read where to find so and so :why:

Deadspin, Jalopnik, Kotaku, and all those related sites been down since the Gawker shyt.

If their recent content is anything to go by, it’ll be simple shyt like “Find x merchant fast” and not full detailed guides

Kotaku becoming Gamefaqs in 2024 is... really fukking random.
And they're definitely going to end up with 2 people running information through ChatGPT to keep up constant "content" with minimal work.

The only time I visit Kotaku page is the 15 minutes I wait twice a year to get my oil changed

At the very essence I'm still like the younger me: guides and reviews are why I bought gaming magazines.

Whoever got the best guides and writes the most accurate reviews are pretty much what wins.

More people probably click on guides than articles on how many games or consoles were sold for the month.

i miss the days of buying a new rpg with a big strategy guide with it :mjcry:
I remember when I got this guide when Final Fantasy 7 came out. I used to read this shyt religiously and I had the poster on my wall throughout HS and college.

Video game magazines and strategy guides were 2 things I miss pre internet days :to:
