Being an alcoholic in your late 40s is almost like playing Russian Roulette
it really isnt... i cut down but i would drink an 18pack daily

Wake up @ 6 hit up the gas station and drink a 3 pack(the 24oz can) before i hit work at 830
go to lunch at 12/12:30 get another 3... finish those before i leave work at 5:30... go back to the gas station and get another 3 finish that before i get home...
rinse and repeat

I have a weirdly high tolerance. Plus with other shyt I ready and my family history I know I could easily turn into an alcoholic so I'll drink like one or two nights a month minus vacation where I go buckwild. Even in my late 30s I still don't get hangovers either. You can apply that same logic to many things. “If you’re not strong enough to just touch it at all” tf is this supposed to mean? So I’m weak because I choose to indulge in a drink every now and then?
With that being said yes alcohol is terrible for you and if you consistently drink it you will obviously go down a wrong path but like anything moderation is key. Get off your high horse.
Edit: I seen you changed your wording from strong to disciplined which STILL doesn’t make sense. I’m glad you realized your choice of wording was stupid as fukk though.
Whoever reads this, please stop/never start drinking alcohol. You may not feel or see the effects of your 10, 20, 30+ year career of being a drink champ currently but that shyt can come back to haunt you later on in life man. That shyt is literally poison.

i dont allow it to ruin my life but it eats up all your free time if you arent careful, which leads to days of feeling like shyt
