Now this the real question amongst all of this. Now according to this video, it seems the MSM has built a narrative. But the fact remains that this dude in this video makes all kinds of excuses for is, why is a 17 year old that isnt suppose to even have a gun by law even there? If he wasnt trying to do the job that the cops are suppose to be doing against those that are actually running around cause trouble and burning shyt down, he wouldn't have been put in a position to run from those that were chasing him and killing someone as a result. The dude in the video trying to justify the killing of people (I understand the self defense argument) cause they had a rap sheet, is the most played out cliche used IMO by racists whether they know it or not. If that is the case a lot of people would deserve to be killed if that is the criteria.

The thing a lot of people have to understand is there are earnest protestors black and otherwise that are out here protesting, but there is elements of BLM, opportunists and Antifa along with agent provacatuers that are simply in cities to incite violence and random looting and rioting. With that in mind MSM is on deck to do what they do to spin the narrative to help further cement the divisional line in the sand, to help spur civil war so they can usher in the NG etc.

17 year old Black kid would be charged as an adult first of all. Then he’d be charged for illegal possession of the firearm, a felony. Then the case would be made federal because I believe he crossed state lines with the rifle, but even if he didn’t Trump has said that anyone who crosses state lines to participate in a protest and is arrested will be charged federally and given 10 years. If it was a 17 year old Black kid they’d definitely hit him with that. He’d be given 5 for the gun right off the top. That’s 15 at minimum. The shootings might get him life cause they’d definitely be looking to charge as aggressively as they could. He’d be finished.

Using a gun in the act of a crime is a serious offense. They don't even have to charge him with murder, Dude was illegally in possesion of a gun(crime) and he used his gun(using a gun in the act of a crime) that is enough to have see some serious jail time by itself.
I don't really see a way he gets off honestly. But the system is corrupt so maybe this only applies if he was black.

Seems like he gonna get off. They're trying him only for the shootings and one of the prosecutions witnesses admitted he didn't get fired on until he pointed his gun at the kid. Why the hell they chose to put him on the stand I don't know. It's like the state wanted him acquitted 
The crazy thing is people were always focused on why this out of town teenager coming to another state armed to antagonize protesters. Businesses already says they didn't ask him or the crew he was rolling with for protection. This case went into a whole different direction than that.
