This is maddening and depressing, the entire scenario and the defense of him...

Young black kids have been convicted for way less, I cant tell you how many teenage black boys I knew who took convictions for murder with waaayyy less evidence than actually being caught in the act killing someone. Hell I went up at 17 on a slew of shyt, majority of which couldn't be proven...

Its sobering to see the fix already in to get white boy off, even though I know that's how it goes. Its still frustrating nonetheless...

I got more to say...thats crazy
I'd fire my lawyer
A lawyers job is to be honest with you and tell you youre fukked if you're fukked
Those shenanigans work with Trump because its a Republican senate
With a jury its a toss up

Risk your life hoping ppl are dumb enough to believe bullshyt
But if you're dumb enough to go to a protest with a gun I guess it makes sense

Even if he wins, it's totally unprofessional for a lawyer and negligent

This....if I lawst I’d sue to get him disbarred

Even though he killed two other cacs he still has a chance of getting a slap on the wrist. Protecting property is a white man's wet dream even though it wasn't his it still appeals to racists white jurors
Still doesn't matter...he killed two cacs on top of carrying an illegal rifle across state lines those two things are enough for some prison charges whether it be single or double digits of years he's getting something.

Regardless of the media, conservative cacs and the police chief acting stupidly nonchalant painting him out as a hero there's just too many things against him to just let him go scot free and allow him to proceed doing whatever the hell he does Monday through Sunday in Illinois like nothing happened.

just for the record

im not saying he actually shot people in self-defense.

just that that argument won't hold up in court
But that is the core of their defense....he was protecting himself ....plus if he didn’t bring the firearm that means it wasn’t register to him, not sure if that matters but it seems like it should....

I’m not so much thinkin about the jurors as much as I’m thinking about all the time the prosecution will be able to study this, examine evidence, witness statements and video to roast this bs, that skateboard never hit his head if I remember and even if it did it wasn’t intentional....

this is involuntary manslaughter.....if someone who isn’t police decides to start shooting, other civilians trying to subdue the shooter are NOT out of line...because this guy Kyle isn’t wearing a POLICE uniform...he could be anybody so the crowd attempted to protect themselves and others from what they thought was a mass shooter....(and he was).....which is why him not being deputized or commissioned to do this will come into play...he has no authorization use that level of force amongst civilians in that situation...

prosecution only loses this if they in the militia too:comeon:

I absolutely agree with you on paper...my point tho in sharing that anecdote was to show you all of that can end up being irrelevant depending on the jury

the case we were on...dude went home after getting robbed...got a gun and went looking for dude...found him and shot him once and then twice more when he was on the ground (according to witness testimony tho from a snitch...the robber’s accomplice...no video) and his lawyer still argued self-defense...we knew it wasn’t but refused to find him guilty for the reasons I gave

I absolutely want this kid locked up bcuz he wasn’t wronged at all...and instead provoked a situation that resulted in 3 shot...2 dead...I think video footage also makes it worse for him but it still boils down to what’s in the hearts of jurors and their intentions

yeah i think he has no case.

if he was an adult who legally had the gun he might have a case but as a 17-year old who crossed state lines with an illegal firearm and shot three people, killing two?

that should be an easy conviction

Na
These cacs always feel like they gotta take the law into their own hands. Dude has no connection to this fukking car dealership but feels he has to protect it.

What I don't understand is that hes so p*ssy...and made it through life without getting the entitlement beat out of him

Fighting women...and now this
