Cop walked up and the 1st witness to speak was a Black man on scene and said he saw the whole accident and said the green charger caused it.

I fukking hate stupid ass speeding mafukkas.

I done had family killed in a crash from someone else speeding.
Had family killed due to them speeding.
And had a family member recently get prison time for killing someone in a crash due to speeding and drinking.
