To be able to “own the actually story”, you’d have to KNOW the actual story. And you don’t. If YOUR perspective for YOU is only Africa then that’s cool. YOU run with that. But the evidence shows blacks people being in all lands not just Africa. And they should be recognized within all the lands they were AND ARE found and not just relegated back to Africa so people that came to these lands AFTER them can lay claim to the lands.

That perspective doesn’t empower us. It limits us. It limits our contributions to Africa and Africa alone when our reach was once worldwide. That’s gatekeeping breh and it’s exactly what those that give us the conventional history we’re given do. Cacs limit our existence to Africa and if found anywhere else we’re limited to being “slaves” or the help. When in all actuality black people were first in EVERY land and should be recognized as such. If you’re not pitching that then you’re either gatekeeping or don’t know the actual story.
