As I said in the other thread, that list of demands is lightwork compared to what Meyers Leonard has done, and hell never be back in the league. Meyers leonard literally went to fukkin Israel :mjlol: :mjlol:

This is why Kyrie deserves no sympathy.

He saw how this played out with Myers Leonard, and yet he still chose to go into that lion's den, thinking shyt was gonna be sweet. He's tried to make himself a martyr over the last few years, sacrificing himself for fairytales, what did folks expect was going to happen moving as recklessly as he did?

I don't get all these shocked pikachu faces that everyone has got on.

This is a lesson for y'all smart-dumb nxggas out there - your actions have consequences, in the real world.

Even if he said “I’m sorry” right away, this would’ve been the same result.

A week after Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving shared a film full of antisemitic rhetoric to his millions of followers on social media, NBA commissioner Adam Silver expressed his disappointment in a statement.

“Kyrie Irving made a reckless decision to post a link to a film containing deeply offensive antisemitic material," Silver said in his statement. "While we appreciate the fact that he agreed to work with the Brooklyn Nets and the Anti-Defamation League to combat antisemitism and other forms of discrimination, I am disappointed that he has not offered an unqualified apology and more specifically denounced the vile and harmful content contained in the film he chose to publicize. I will be meeting with Kyrie in person in the next week to discuss this situation.”
An entire week after posting it, all the while all y'all were prancing about with your pom poms, cheering him on as he took a stand.

You know cotdamn well if he immediately pulled that shyt and offered a sincere apology this would not have even been a thing. It was his defiance which caused the result of this. He made himself look as bad as he possibly could too - he stood his ground on this dumb shyt, even making it heard that he wasn't going to back down on what he believes in, and then still ultimately crumbled.

At the very least if he was going to stand on his square, he could've come out the other side with whatever dignity he has left in tact. At the very least y'all could still say at the end of this he stood for what he believed in.

But now he's not even a martyr for his own beliefs. He's just a smart dumb nxgga with a toy gun.

Disgusting

:dead: Gave this nikka homework before he can play again. Hate to see it, but he brought this on himself. I like kyrie, thinks he gets a lot of shot from the media, but the more I’ve thought about this, the more I realize he brought this on himself. How you lose a whole sneaker deal? Probably lost out on millions, who’s in the nikkas camp giving him advice?

Well we've seen the last of Kyrie as a Brooklyn Net

Wouldn't blame him and I'm a Nets fan upset he said shyt the first place. The most unforced error I've ever seen textbook definition of "Literally nobody:___, Somebody:___" meme

That said I'm not checking off laundry lists to play ball especially when my contract's guaranteed. I wouldn't have apologized like that either since it's obvious this is all to embarrass, nobody's actually "hurt".

But he brought it on himself and his talent isn't worth him putting himself before the team at every turn. He's injury prone which will only get worse the older he gets, he's proven time and time he doesn't care about reading the room, so his mind is even more unreliable than his body.

He can go be LA's problem but after last night he probably doesn't want to play with LeBron again either

Was gonna say it’s wrong for the Nets to release this “list” but I kinda get why they have to do it. Pretty much so when Kyrie inevitably comes back there won’t be an uproar. Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s something both sides agreed on.

He should do what they say so he can gain favor with other teams. Unless he wants to retire, he needs a rebrand badly. I'm mad at this nikka for compromising his career smh

We all know NBA has a weak stance on china.
Tsai obeys winnie pooh regime just like every other business person who's born in china. But hey karma is a bytch and Nets were a shyt show ever since he bought the team. shyt, the other commie owner prokhrov had no luck neither :mjlol:
