I will admit it's hard to "keep up" up with your unnecessary use of bold lettering and large spacing but I'll try. But relax, because you aren't coming with anything groundbreaking. Have you heard of such a phenomena where applicants are considered "overqualified." If you are familiar, then how can you think that "Type B," the obviously overqualified applicant in your hypothetical, would be picked? Right away that long winded hypothetical seems at odd with reality. And in any case, at least here in NY, a 10 dollar an hour job is basically a minimum wage type of job anyways. So there isn't much difference between the two types.
