look at how the gangsters presented themselves & conducted themselves when it was the generations from families that more recently arrived from the plantation sharecropping farm life
then as time passes gang culture defines itself not just by what happens in the streets but what happens in prison
nikkas start bumping into south americans more & more they start picking up more of that program
contrast it with nikkas from texas which also has a lot of fools from south of the border but nikkas is so deep in texas that they don't start getting cholofied so to speak
i actually see the reverse with texas having mexicans who really take on more of the stereotypical ways of black americans from the streets
