You think traffic in New York is better? :snoop:
Public transit is better in NY.
I lived in Glendale for 2 years. I could pretty much walk to the Eagle Rock Brewery in LA faster than I could drive it.

Yea LA has wildifres... but NYC got to deal with hurricanes every now and then, parts of the city is still messed up from Sandy.

Pull up 1208 Pacific St in Brooklyn and tell me what you see on Google Maps LMAOOOO :russ::rudy::heh:

you don't the difference between a co-op and a condo do you? lmao co-ops have to approve you and they go through EVERY finacial record before you move in, you don't even technically "own" your apartment you own shares.

Breh, I grew up off Bedford Ave in Flatbush. I lived all over Brooklyn. It's 2014, Brooklyn is gentrified as fukk, it ain't the 90s no more.

And naw I don't know about condo's/coops. I bought a big ass house in Atlanta. I even gotta creek in my backyard. I don't gotta worry bout none of that shyt no more :manny:

but it's still not that gentrified yet, i'll be damned if i spend 450k on a prewar war building in the hood. but theres a reason that shyt is 450k

Are you serious breh? Walking through Brooklyn is starting to look like fukking Mayberry. Cacs are everywhere. It's one of the reasons I have no desire to move back. Growing up I rarely saw cacs in Brooklyn, and I loved every second of it. I went in 2010 for Christmas and was like :wtf:

Cacs walking them little gay ass dogs drinking starbucks and rocking skinny jeans. shyt was fukking horrible.

But hey, I'll leave that shyt to y'all nikkas. In Atlanta I'm surrounded by black folks and couldn't be happier. Plus they gotta pretty strong Jamaican population out here. Only thing that would make it better would be if the cacs left the city entirely :camby:
