Public transit is better in NY.You think traffic in New York is better?![]()
I lived in Glendale for 2 years. I could pretty much walk to the Eagle Rock Brewery in LA faster than I could drive it.

LA is way cheaper too, try finding a two bedroom apartment, in a good neighborhood for under $2500 breh![]()

I just came from awesome weather in Africa this weather in NY is depressing.
at dude posting earthquake pictures, do you realize NYC had a minor earthquake in 2011 and is due for a "big one"?I'm talking about rent, and it's still cheaper to buy in LA, you can't even get a condo in NY for under 600k, you can get a 2 bedroom condo in LA for about 450k. Atlanta & South Florida are both cheaper, but a nikka is not trying to live down south

It is but LA still got both.Public transit is better in NY.

Yea LA has wildifres... but NYC got to deal with hurricanes every now and then, parts of the city is still messed up from Sandy.

2BR condo in NYC for 450k. IDK what makes you think you couldn't find a spot for about half a mil in NYC breh![]()

East Coast brehs catching feelings, face it guys, LA>>>>NY.
fukk 35 degree winters, when I can be chilling on the beach or get InNOut![]()
?
EDIT: That shyt is in Crown heights on Bedford Ave….i said GOOD neighborhood nikka lol
you don't the difference between a co-op and a condo do you? lmao co-ops have to approve you and they go through EVERY finacial record before you move in, you don't even technically "own" your apartment you own shares.

Breh, I grew up off Bedford Ave in Flatbush. I lived all over Brooklyn. It's 2014, Brooklyn is gentrified as fukk, it ain't the 90s no more.
And naw I don't know about condo's/coops. I bought a big ass house in Atlanta. I even gotta creek in my backyard. I don't gotta worry bout none of that shyt no more![]()
but it's still not that gentrified yet, i'll be damned if i spend 450k on a prewar war building in the hood. but theres a reason that shyt is 450k
