i played baseball all the way up thru high school. the shyt is boring if you just watchin and its expensive to start compared to basketball.

you need a full 9 on 9 for baseball to really be baseball but with basketball you can play 1v1 2v2 3v3 on just half of a court. hell you can play 21 with 3-4 people.

Co sign the this to the fullest. Growing up, my projects had an actual baseball field in it. But it was hard to find 18 n1ggas to play, let alone 18 n1ggas with equipment to play. I would say that I was a bigger baseball fan than football or basketball fan growing up, but I could never find people to play. It was easier to run over to the court with a basketball and have someone come shoot around with you.

You're totally right. I guess that's why there are so many fat football players with pot bellies running around - the game is nothing but athleticism.

I wonder how many of these 'athletes' can hit a 90+mph fastball or slider or throw a bullet to home plate from centerfield.

I feel like it's a lot harder to get a game going, You need at least 4 players to really get any semblance of a game going. where as in a sport like Basketball you can get a game going if there is anyone around. Maybe it was just in my area but the feild i would play ball on with a few of my friends was if there wasn't a cage you wouldn't be able to tell it was a Ball feild.

Same can be said about football.


ETA: When you consider the great pension plan an the relatively long career span of the average baseball player, baseball has the highest earning potential. You don't hear too many stories about baseball players going broke.

Even if they lose all their money, they still have that pension.
