Same with me. I was my great aunt's sous chef starting at like 5 or 6 (I was kind of fascinated by everything she was doing in the kitchen). As she got older it went from me helping to her giving slight directions as I did most of the work. I earned my first 4h badge for cooking in the 4th grade for making homemade tea cookies. I do not think all women are like me. I just happen to enjoy cooking and the food I like to eat is cheaper if I cook it at home versus eating out every day.

I'm at my happiest when I'm in the kitchen, everyone knows to leave me alone when I'm in there. I love the scent and the sounds of the kitchen.

I'm a visual and hands on learner so she would let me get down in the kitchen. God bless that woman's soul. She doesn't want me to move out ahahah.

This would best describe me. I stayed in the kitchen watching the people in my family frommy late great granny, grandma, mom, aunts, uncles, cousins, pawpaw you name it I learned a bit of everything from all of them. I now work as a sous chef and the work I put in the kitchen is

My fiance was at the store and picked up a can of beef stew because that's what he wanted. I told him I'd cook it from scratch and did just that with all the fixings, had him after 2 bowls.
