Don't get me wrong, it's appreciated, but it always takes me a few minutes to realize what's happening.

Fast forward to after my divorce, and she's a single mother with two kids.

We're talking, and out of the blue she says "these kids should have been yours."

I was oblivious for years that she was crushing on me. She had a nice body too.

We all know someone who's mad cool n chill, but he looks angry all the time.

One thing tho is, it could just be that at the time, she didn't see you like that, but now, single mother to two kids, she sees your worth.
This isn't a slam on you or her as a mother/woman, it's just the reality of, priorities changing as we mature.

If she was a longtime friend, n you never felt that she was giving you that energy, chances are she wasn't.

It's basically that when you want them vs when they want you meme come to life.
