Yes, they were shaved by not totally shaved, not hairless - like shaved down their chest hair, and the hair down below is trimmed. Never dated a hairy man before. I'm not the type of woman that likes a lot of hair on the chest area, I prefer that shaved down. Hair in their penis area - that's a necessity for them to trim because I think hair in the private area holds an odor - immediate turn off for me. I like a dude with a nice moustache. A moustache is a must have for dudes- I don't trust a man without a moustache. Hmmm for their beard tho - I leave that up to the individual dude's preference. I don't like overgrown beards tho, and ones that are not neatly maintained. My type is the clean-cut, clean-shaven type of man but still definitely has to have strong masculinity.

All of this.

learned early that razors don't work for my face. tried everything under the sun, but my skin/hair texture are prone to razor bumps. electric trimmers/shavers work really well and keep a breh with a clean goatee no issues.

don't have a bunch of hair on body, but do trim pubix on occasion. just enough to rock a ceasar cut lol. one of my past gfs put me on and it stuck with me. battery powered wahl clipper with the snap on guard gets the job done. snipped my sack a few times before i thought to use the trim guard and that shyt hurted!

thread got me lol tho. first thing came to mind was ol buddy combing his chest hairs

I get it!

It's funny how people's experiences vary. I never had a woman suggest I shave my beard, much less anything else, and typically everybody loved my shyt. And conversely she never dated a brother who didn't shave or had a full beard (that's me in my avi, can't tell well but my shyt has always been tight, I love and take pride in my beard lol)...

She never mentioned the pubic hair having in odor but she doesn't like it...

Nah, I get you, I was clowning. And yes, it is weird to me in the sense that I've never felt a calling or been asked to shave previously. It's not something I've done so it isn't something I can jump into without reservation...

I'm pretty sure I don't have the discipline for exfoliating and all that, though!

Lol negative, g! My armpit hair is really modest actually. Which made the whole thing about her asking me to shave everything that much more strange---->>>plenty of cats are way hairier than me, armpit hair thick than a muhfukka...

I think I will start trimming or shaving down low and/or look into the back/shoulder shyt. I just gotta warm up to it. My chest though, I don't think I'm touching it!

Hairless like the way I'm describing my woman, all hair gone (besides head)?

Yes.

Most men I've been with were not hairy at all.

Maybe just armpit hair. And of course facial hair.

But most shaved / Extensively trimmed. I'd say abt 75%.

Maybe it's more common in the PA, MD, NYC area to shave. Idk.
