He dropped the 41st side album then a mixtape I believe then an album with Cormega. He then proceeded to self destruct and beef with other QB artists like a typical QB rapper

Ain't this the same nikka that asked Nas on a song why his own daughter ain't comfortable and Destiny is...

Haven't heard from him since.

yeah, Lake got out in 99, God Son came out in 2002. basically, in 3 years they did 3 tracks together. Nas wanted Lake to be in a similar role as Jungle and Wiz, but Lake wanted to be an MC in his own right.



yeah i always thought it was funny that Prodigy dissed him and Lake still put it on the album. But it was a dope song though

1999-2000 they was working on the qb album

2001 nas was doing his thing with jay-z

2002 they did revolutionary warfare and one never knows, RW made the album

sometime between 2004-2005 or so lake tried to bully nas into taking a meeting with sony on his behalf so he could get a deal. nas seen how lake was trying to move and cut him off

CORMEGA: I mean, I don’t even want to talk about that. I’ll just say that the people that put out the album was tacky about it. There was things that was done that was tacky. There was producers that wasn’t even paid until almost a year after the album was out. You don’t do business like that, so I wasn’t comfortable with that because I got relationships with everybody I work with, you know what I’m saying.

I never liked lake by the way. Hated his flow after "Crushed Linen"...and he had some hilariously wack lines. I loved that song tho.
