lakers unearth trevor ariza: finally, the young, athletic small forward with scottie pippen-like potential that kobe's been missing!

lakers lose ariza and get ron artest: finally, the PROVEN scottie pippen-like defender that kobe has been missing! will lock up the opponents best player and add scoring, shooting and toughness!

lakers about to amnesty artest: finally, that big, clunky, slow unathletic bum who bricks wide open threes is about to be gone! is trevor ariza available?

lakers trade for ramon sessions: finally, the young, athletic point guard who can stay with opposing point guards and replace sorry-ass derek fisher!

lakers replace sessions with nash: finally, a point guard that can actually shoot, unlike sessions, and allow kobe to play off the ball more!

phil jackson retires: finally, the old man is gone. the game has passed him by and he doesn't have the fire or desire to coach a championship team anymore.

lakers hire mike brown: finally, a coach that will instill championship defense. all we need is an offensive-minded assistant coach and we're good!

lakers trade bynum for dwight: finally, we got rid of that locker room cancer with terrible knees for the best center in the game! and we got to keep pau! you did it mitch!

lakers fire mike brown: finally, that offensively-inept dumbass is gone! bring back phil!

lakers hire MDA: we wanted phil, but this is the 2nd best hire. hand-picked by kobe and his offensive brilliance will have us scoring 115-120 points per game!

lakers lose dwight in free agency: finally, we got rid of a gutless, heartless coward with no post moves who would've ruined the team in the long run! by the way, terrible move trading for him, mitch.

lakers keep MDA: god, i hate WOATantoni. can we bring back phil?

when nash inevitably retires/leaves/dies on the court: finally, the always-injured, unathletic, no-defense playing bum is gone

notice how throughout the years, there's been one central player immune to all of the criticism:childplease::troll:

Out here in my damn drawls
N!ggas actin' like LWO wasn't calling out Dwight all year on hoe a$$ tendencies. Y'all want to make it seem as if we turned on Dwhine because he went to Houston when you know damn well we had disdain for this clown a$$ court jester from the jump :wtb:
He wasn't a fit with the squad and the fans who watched at least 60% of our games know that LWO wasn't feelin' him at all.

That "put Dwight in the middle and surround him with shooters" sh!t does not fly in the Western conference. His stats are over-inflated and meaningless when you get down to the most important moments of the game; He just becomes a waste of space in the last 6 minutes of a game. He's goofy, he ruins momentum, he can't pass out of the post, he can't set solid screens at all, he's a liability at the free-throw line, turns the ball over if he has the rock more than 2 seconds in the post, he's one of few n!ggas I've seen fouled out of a game with ONLY offensive fouls, he didn't do much to protect the paint if he got his feelings hurt, he no post moves except the robot-shuffle and the struggle-spin, and he's hypersensitive :pacspit:

[/B]
Edit: I ain't lookin forward to shyt, fukk this season. Hopefully Kobe comes back 100%, aside from that this season a throwaway. With the level of success my team has had we can afford to throw away seasons. :win:

Not that nikkaz enjoy the shyt...:birdman:

Dying a slower death?

R.C. Buford died or something? :patrice:

As long as him and pop are involoved with the Spurs front office we will be ok we going to take a dip whenever Duncan retires but we got at least 3 years before I have to even have to think about this:blessed:

Norfeast groovin…
Dodging having a defensive anchor for 6 years to hold down half the court and also provide decent production on the other half, while having plenty of cap space to work around his max contract?

The definition of "dodging one" must have changed recently

That production was so decent a 34 year old Kobe had to play 48 minutes a game to get that team to the playoffs, the same decent production that won him exactly zero games in the postseason?

That struggle hook shot and stellar 50% free throw percentage is decent?

The only true statistical differences between Dwight this year and last year is his FG% is worse and he's avg. less FGA

Dog you really gotta change your name. :laff: It's impossible to take anything you say about Dwight seriously.

I was listening to the BS Report yesterday and Steve Kerr said Dwight not re-signing with the Lakers for 110mil over 5yrs was the best thing to happen to us. He basally said Dwight isn't a franchise changer and you can't win with him as your main piece. He is a good player, but he isn't a superstar anymore.

exactly how i felt after last year

I just wish we coulda traded him for some picks or young pieces....losing him for nothing sucks......but its still better than being cap strapped with him as the centerpiece
