Adelman's been a terrific coach everywhere he has been. I hate retread coaches as much as anyone, but he deserves the jobs he gets. It's not a coincidence Minny looked like an up and coming team once he took over.

He's proven to not be a championship coach the past 25 yrs. Could he take the Lakers to that next level?? Doubt it. Just makes you appreciate PJ that much more.

Rick is a fukkin' teacher of the game. i was watching a game this past season where the Lakers were busting the Wolves ass and Rick kept calling timeouts in the 4th qtr and has them dudes running inbound plays and shyt. dude wants his teams to learn and i can respect that a lo more than a guy like Jerry Sloan who thinks the world is supposed to bow down to him.

No they should of went with Shaw but I'd rather have Mike Brown than Adelman. He's a 25 yr proven loser. Lakers don't play for nice little playoff runs they play for chips. That's not to say Mike brown is the best fit for LA but I'd rather not go with old retreads like the Aldemans and Van Gundys of the coaching world.
