(the booty's been photoshopped, but I've seen sisters built like this all the time.)

So you prefer the thickness. A girl doesn't have to be thick to have a nice ass and t*ts breh. Some dudes like a tight/fit package. They both have merits.

Mostly myself, social anxiety for me is really based upon how I feel others probably perceive me BUT because I have really low self esteem and think of myself low, I worry and then assume others see me as how I see myself then I place it on them.. they must see me as ugly, weird, whatever so I must be.. Then I feel even worse cause I convince myself they perceive me to be and feel a sense of not belonging and wanting to get away.

He said he had social anxiety. He was with a group of people drinking on a bench, he was quiet and they started asking him about why he was quiet and he mentions how he hated when people asked him that because they don't know how bad social anxiety feels. He also mentions feelings of worthlessness.
His therapist mentioned that he was a quiet kid and that she had never met the version of him in those videos. Makes sense when those with social anxiety don't feel pressure they are free to act themselves.

Social Anxiety is a cruel disease. If I truly despised someone I would rather give them crippling social anxiety that I have rather than do any physicsl harm. Its that bad.

Doesnt drinking help?

and whast the difference betwene just being really shy and introverted and social anxiety?

Seems like beta male problems.

Maybe this is how dudes turn out growing up in the suburbs. Social anxiety would be a huge disadvantage where I grew up.

Drinking is kind of a double edged sword. One one hand, the idea of "liquid courage" is rooted in some level of reality. It really does lower inhibitions. However, it can go bad very easily. People that drink to cope with anxiety often times overdrink. The thinking behind this is, "Well, the more I drink, the more relaxed I get." Booze can act as a thin veneer that makes it seem like you're overcoming your stigma but in reality it's likely you're making things worse. It's gets really bad when people become habituated to binge drinking in order to cope with social anxiety. The drink becomes a crutch.

Alcohol definitely helps. But it gets to a point where you build up a tolerance and it gets expensive having to drink everytime you want to be yourself.

Introverts arent shy. They just prefer to be alone more often. They arent scared of communicating with others like someone with social anxiety.

Ok then is there any difference betewen someone whos kinda shy and social anxiety? or is it the same thing?

Damn breh we sound exactly alike :wow: You were spot on when you were saying you feel inadequate around people your age

I feel the same way with everyone :snoop: I assume females aren't interested, I assume people are talking about me even if they're not, I just stay to myself alot and keep it pushin :yeshrug: I come off as cold and distant in real life but that couldn't be further from the truth based on who I really am

It's like I don't wanna be this way but I can't help it
i was kinda the same way, i had to make a concerted effort to smile more and come off more friendly because nikkas thought i was angry all the time :heh: im like damn nikka im not mad im just goin about my day

im better now though you just have to make a effort if you can. step outside the box and challenge yourself and talk to people. remember at the end of the day if they dont fukk with you :manny: on to the next

We're talking about the same scenario, bro. Trust me, I went to a BigTen school... I've seen this play out in real life more times than I would like to remember. It was one of my motivating factors behind the whole water in clubs movement I've been pushing.

western civilization was corrupt from day one, what we're witnessing is the cancer that is western civilization (white supremacy), spreading and causing the entire body (planet) to break down as it infects more and more organs (nations).

everywhere western culture is dominant, or popular, is where you can find the sicknesses that come packaged with western culture, which includes but is certainly not limited to, non-whites hating themselves, vying to be accepted by whites, validated by whites, and protected by white militaries.

Jamaica is even dealing with skin-whitening problems over there now, :wow:

look at this brother applying bleaching cream to his face in the middle of a show performance and tell me we don't have a HUGE problem.
