I agree with all of your assessment on this kid, talk therapy with a trained psychiatrist could've helped him, we don't know. I'm not a psychologist and I don't know what you consider to be mental illness. To me, someone with these types of views go in my "mentally fukked up" file cabinet. If you don't agree, thats fine, I definitely see your perspective.

A lot of PTSD therapy helps to re-associate those negative emotions with physiological conditions (like ayhuasca) that dissciate the experience from the memory so that its less emotionally charged.
Theres a neurobiology to this that we can go into...but needless to say...I don't see this guy as having an illness.
The public likes having tidy little names they can label people with without having to come to grips that SOME PEOPLE just don't give a fukk.

PTSD effects people of ALL AGES. My mom got it when she was 45+ years old after her sister was murdered. MDMA has shown insane benefits to PTSD as opposed to things like Ayahuasca because you can actually have a normal conversation while on MDMA and it allows you to analyze things that have happened from a non emotional point of view.Didn't say that.
