I remember Even as a kid feeling like this when I tried "finding" which social group I "belonged" to. Where did I fit into this world? But It was none of them. I always felt I've never belonged, if I said something I felt like the looks and reactions I got were like "what a weirdo". I was pretty much a complete loner throughout my childhood

Any "friend" I did make was for a short period time and I felt like they didn't really like me. Was for alternative reasons.

I've felt the same way from grade school to high school.

I pretty much found my way and my own niche in college and I'm thankful for that....the hierarchy of the school world of American society is so crass and fickle and doesn't really pertain to those that go outside of what's socially acceptable or "popular"...
