No, not in my understanding.

Regardless, I don't see college as a scam. It is what you make of it. In general, I do think most people with some form of post-secondary education through technical. community, or 4 year schooling are better prepared to handle the workload required of most jobs than those that are not.

I don't think he did.

Remember after his brother at UCLA got in trouble in China, he pulled both of the boys out of their respective schools and had them playing against coalminers and cab drivers in some former Soviet land.
